If you would like to get in contact with Norseman Reef Fishing, feel free to drop us an email, or call us on 0419015262. We are happy to answer any of your questions about our fishing tours, whether it be for a shared or private charter.
The fare price includes bait, handlines, rods, reels as well as a delicious tropical lunch and afternoon tea. We have a fully licensed bar on board - you can purchase soft drinks, snack and alcoholic beverages from our bar.
Norseman takes a maximum of 20 on a shared charter. Being a 60 foot boat this means there is plenty of room for everyone to fish.
If you privately charter the whole boat for your group, you can take up to 45 people, however for quality of fishing we limit the number of people fishing at one time to 20.
It really depends on the time of year but owing to the fact that we have a super experienced skipper (with a huge stash of secret honey holes)- you can expect to catch Large Mouth Nannygai, Coral Trout, Long Nose Emperor, Cobia, Spanish Mackerel, Small mouth Nannygai, Trevally and Cod. We target reef dwelling table fish on shared charters.

There are no guarantees with fishing - otherwise it would be called CATCHING!
However, our awesome crew, our years of local experience and our state of the art fish finding equipment will ensure you have the best possible chance of catching a great fish!
Norseman Reef Fishing can provide gift vouchers for that special someone. Perfect for the fisherman or woman in your life. You can pay for the gift voucher with a credit card over the phone. We can email the gift voucher for you to print off and present to the lucky recipient. The voucher is open dated so that the re upset can choose what day they travel
Even though Norseman is a big heavy boat sometimes when the wind is stronger, people can suffer from seasickness. We recommend that if you are concerned about seasickness, visit a chemist and get some seasickness tablets such as Kwells or Travalcalm.
In our experience it is best for people who suffer from seasickness to take medication the night before travel and then more first thing in the morning before the boat departs. Prevention is better than the cure for seasickness!
Fin fish closures are closures designed to protect coral reef fin fish such as Coral Trout. During their spawn period, Coral Trout aggregate in breeding schools. Closed seasons prevent anglers from fishing at certain times of the year to protect fin fish species at vulnerable times in their life cycle, such as during spawning seasons. Fishing is banned during these times. Fin fish closures occur:
28 October 2016 to 1 November 2016,
26 November 2016 to 30 November 2016.
During these periods Norseman does not run its fishing tour to the reef.
